my frige wont run, have ac power ,lites are on, condensor frosted up. heater coil good , thermostat good, where do i find the heater timer? craig

Please look at the diagrams and try to explain one more time what is the problem that you have. The previous description is slightly controversial. How anything can be frosted up if the fridge won't run?
