The flapper on the ice dispenser sags leading to frost in the freezer compartment. Also, the plunger mechanism for activating dispensing seems frozen slightly. I have watched You Tube videos on accessing these parts but they are all on newer models with snap-off front panels. This old GE looks like you access the parts by removing the inner cover. This cover has about twenty bolt head screws that fastens that inner cover. Is this how I gain access to the parts, from the rear of the door?
