The wife complains that even using the "less dry" setting in Auto Moisture sensing mode drying, clothes are wrinkled. Have read here and there that moisture sensor bars may need cleaning or replacement. Have tried cleaning them with no improvement.
Question(s):
1 - Videos show replacement of one only and they seem to be sold singly. Should both be replaced and are they the same part?
2 - Do these sensor bars have some not readily visible internal components or are they just metal strips? If the latter, isn't it more likely that whatever board or component they connect to might be at fault?

Thanks for the quick reply Eric. Seems as though our problem is that the timer is not advancing to that part of the control dial labeled Wrinkle Guard 1 where we believe it is supposed to continue tumbling with the heat off. So she checks the clothes and they are already wrinkled. Timed drying seems to work fine. Does that sound like a defective timer or control board? Thanks again.

Thanks again, according to my cheapo voltmeter, one of the moisture sensor bars is connected solidly to chassis, the other seemingly isolated from chassis so sounds like the control board is indicated.
