I found the source of the leak. There's a rubber pipe going from the water supply gizmo up the side of the dw.

Then it connects to some white plastic box. The pipe looks like it popped loose by itself.

Is this a simple fix?
It looks like the fill hose. How is the fill hose secured? Why would it pop out like that?
Hot water caused deformation?

I did not pull the dw out yet. I stuck my phone in the gap and took a photo.

Hi, Pman.

You really need to pull the dishwasher out:( to check the damage. If the plastic box your are referring to is not broken you probably should replace the inlet hose and put a small clamp on it.
