for some reason my dryer won't dry the clothes anymore.... i opened the back and front of the dryer and checked all the sensors to see if they were good or not, i used a voltage meter and they showed closed circuits. I opened the front and back of the dryer to test all the sensors and they are all ok.... I can see thru the front hole that the dryer glows first, then it lights up. i put in a new vent hose, tighten it up on both sides really good and still doesn't work. any ideas what could be wrong? what else can i do? forgot to mention that it's a gas dryer. this is the videos that i watched and followed to the letter. https://youtu.be/QP1Z4OWjTuA https://youtu.be/qGpojymCRNU

Does the flame come on the first time you start it up?

My GE does the same thing. The igniter glows, then I get a yellow flame (not blue - maybe cause too much air with the whole thing open). After a few minutes. the gas shuts off. Can the flame sensor be shutting the gas down?

Hi. It sounds like you need to replace the control coils on the top of the gas valve. If you have a common type Whirlpool dryer here is you coils Part number: AP3094251
Good luck. Please keep us posted of the results. Thank you, Simon.
