I bought a new Whirlpool DW about a month ago. During that time, I believe it actually dried the dishes once or twice. It does dry but not enough to where the dishes aren't still covered by water. For drying, the first few times it was set on heat dry and then later set to heat dry and high temp always with the same results. Thanks for any assistance.

Hi.

The problem with your dishwasher may be the faulty hi-limit thermostat, the control board, the wiring harness and bad connection at the control board, the heating element or the hi-limit. You should still have the manufactory warranty so you probably should call the Whirlpool.

Thank you,

Simon.
