I am replying to myself in that it may help someone else. F3H is the humidity sensor. After finding the schematic booklet for this model, I found one can run a circuit diagnostic from the keypad. Following the directions running the test apparently reset all circuits and switches. All checked out OK and I finally was able to make my popcorn....

I'm having the same problem. After purchasing a new sensor from Sears, I still get the same error code. The only difference is, that the microwave will continue to operate while displaying the error. Any ideas?
