I opened up the back of the fridge to fix the condenser fan motor and saw that this white tube (which seemed to be leading to a drip pan just below the condenser fan motor) was separated and the plastic white threads/pieces just dropping off. Which part is that?

Hi, Yvonne.

Does it look like the plastic threads are the result of the drain tube being cut by the fan? If yes, then that's what probably caused the fan motor to burn out.

It looks like it is just slowly falling apart. We replaced the fan motor and that didn't help so now we will replace the board.
