Power to my house went out for about a second and we heard a couple of clicks in the kitchen. The fridge water/ice dispenser panel was not working and we haven't heard the compressor or fans kick on in a while. I shook the start/run/overload relay and it doesn't rattle. I tested voltages at each of the 3 pins to a large blue connector in the main board against ground and only got 120V out of one of the pins. Another site said I should be getting it out of 2 of the pins. Does anyone know if this is accurate and if so is my main board bad? Thanks!
