I have a Whirlpool electric range model WFE510S0AB. The front right burner comes in but then I hear a fizzle, clicking, popping sound and it turns on after producing very little heat. Additionally, the Hot Surface indicator does come on when this burner used. Would this be the heating element or the switch?
