My wine cooler is stuck on all the time. I read plenty of posts about "doesn't start," but never stuck on.

I replaced the original compressor start relay (A1G7 cubigel) when it went out about 2 years ago with a generic one (IC102).

It has worked fine until about 1-2 months ago. Now the unit runs forever. If I unplug it, it waits about 2-3 minutes then powers up and the compressor comes on, even thought the temp is set very high, higher than the inside of the frige. I just replaced the thermostat sensor, so I know it's good.

In another forum, a person couldn't get theirs to start and replaced the start relay and the power relay (located on the control board).UserPostedImage

Could my problem be that this is power relay is stuck on?

Any other ideas?

Thank you!

I forgot to mention, the main display shows a spinning fan and "run" when the inside temperature is above the thermostat setting. When the temperature reaches, or falls below, the thermostat setting, the fan stops spinning and the display reads "stop," even though the compressor keeps running and the temperature gets cooler.
