Hi

I have a GE profile JTP95W0A1WW (built in Microwave + Owen) and the turn-table has stopped working.

I have checked the turn-table and the coupler and everything looks good. With this being the case, is it the motor that is gone bad? Anyways to test that the motor indeed is the issue?

Can you please suggest the replacement part?

Also, any pointers opening up the built in microwave+owen combo?

Thanks much

Appreciate the help

I have figured how to open the built-in microwave.

Can somebody please help me to zero in on the problem? Would it just be turn-table motor or it is an issue with the magnetron?

Thanks

I know this post is really old but just in case someone else has this problem, I thought I'd share.

I have the exact microwave/oven and my microwave is doing the same thing. Unfortunately, I caused it when I tried to clean it by spraying some multi-purpose cleaner inside the microwave. It went inside the little vent holes on the side and messed up the moisture sensor. It is estimated to cost $650 to fix it.

The repair man told me what I now already know... DO NOT SPRAY ANYTHING INSIDE YOUR MICROWAVE. Hoping someone else can benefit from my mistake.
