Ever since we bought this refrigerator we've had meat/cheese in the back left corner of our deli drawer freeze up. Looks like frost is building up under the deli drawer and on the left side surface of the frig - some part is there but I don't know the name of it

Hello sbvogel. You need to check all the air ducts, send and return, and make sure they are not blocked in the unit. Check the temp setting in the fresh food as well.

Send is in the top of the unit on the fresh food side where the control are located. Should be back left corner in the top. Return is behind the drawers in the bottom of the unit.

checked the air ducts and they aren't blocked
now that I'm watching more closely seems like moisture is building up in produce/fruit drawer (have drawer slide on low/fruit) and then freezing on the top left of the glass cover above the fruit drawer and then impacts the bottom left of the deli drawer
looks like return air duct is right next to deli drawer and there are vent holes in left back side of the deli drawer so made sure there was space in the deli drawer too and nothing was blocking it
the send air duct on the top left of the frig sometimes has a bit of ice build up on it too
I bumped up the overall frig temp from 35 to 37 but hasn't seemed to make a difference yet
any other ideas?

Ok if all the vents are not blocked, you will need to order and install the kit for this issue. It comes with the instruction sheet needed to install it. Part number: AP4567436

This will not show compatible because it is a kit they designed for the issue your having. The part came out after the unit was made.
