The hook won't move to open or close. Won't heat unless door closed and it won't close or open unless it's forced by hooking the hook and moving by hand.:confused: Is it an easy fix?

Did it show any failure code? If you are not sure then push and hold the "Off/Cancel" button for 5 seconds to recall the last failure code. Post the results.

It said EO F2 code. This is an oven, not microwave.

Most likely the problem is a bad door latch (#22 on the diagram).

- The part number for the door latch assembly is AP3874017

I know this, but is there an adjustment on it and how do you replace it?

This part is not adjustable and/or repairable. You have to lift up the top panel. You can find the instructions in the Service manual.

Thank you so much. Your advice is right on. I wll try to do it. I think I can. If not I will call a repair person.
