What keeps blowing the Thermal cut-out in my dryer? The one I put in after finding the first one blown lasted about 3 weeks before it blew. Please reply. Thanks

This is usually caused by either a grounded heat element or an air flow problem from either lint buildup in the venting, leaking seals or the blower wheel is slipping on the motor shaft.
