I get a loud rumbling noise during the spin cycle. If I spin the drum ccw is spins freely but you can hear the noise. Any ideas?

Noises are very difficult to diagnose from afar because we really need to be there to hear it and try and determine where it is coming from.

Open the cabinet and see if something is caught between the tub and basket, but if not the problem can be in a bearing or transmission.
