The ice maker stopped working. I have the ice maker and the wiring where the water feeds at the bottom disconnected. How do I know if I need to replace the ice maker part or one of the switches in the back of the refrigerator?

The water feed on the front works fine. There is no water being sent through the ice maker line.

I have the water off for now.

Any advice?

Try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. Then try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. This will tell you weather or not the ice maker valve is working and if the line is clear.
