My 3 week old, 48" Kitchenaid refrigerator's ice make has never worked. Today was their 4th attempt to repair the unit, (they already replaced the entire ice maker once). They are blaming the infra-red system, but I'm skeptical because there has never been water in the tray. Now they want to replace the infra-red system. Does Gene think this will work?
