Just installed a Frigidaire dishwasher under new granite countertop. How do I attach the unit to the granite. I can't find a side bracket mount for this model. Can construction adhesive be used between the two top mounting brackets and the granite?
Thank you much...Dave

Dreed, The wooden insert and epoxy will work, and that's one way of doing the install. You may want to give the

Part number: AP3555526
Part number: AP3555526

Side mount kit a try. You may get a better a more appealing result.

Thanks,

I was also facing the same problem and atlast found it here, but I wanted to know does the epoxy will work as one of my friend was telling that its not good for long run.

Waltercook, If you purchase the correct epoxy for the application, follow the preparation and application directions, it will work. Will it work for 15 - 20 years, probably not, 4 or 5 years probably. Like any "construction" project, preparation and application is the secret to success. Besides, you can always order and install the side mount kit as recomended.
