Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/29/2009(UTC) Posts: 11,699		Look under the top or inside the lower service panel for tech notes and see if you can put the machine into diagnostic mode and generate error codes. The notes will tell you how to do this and how to interpret the code. A like problem is that the main control unit is not recognizing that the door is locking. but with these Duet's it can be any number of things.
