dryer will not stop at set time, i replaced the timer but it still doing the same thing

Need a little more info as to the problem. Does the timer advance at all? Does it advance til near the end of cycle and then stop while dryer runs continuously? Does the timer advance in auto dry cycle?

Yes The Timer Advance. Yes Timer Advance To Near End Of Cycle And Then Stop While Dryer Runs Continuously. Yes The Timer Advance In Auto Dry Cycle

Well, 3 yes answers indicates a faulty timer which you have already replaced so unless you got a bad timer, I can't help any further without troubleshooting it myself.
