i have a ge washer that works great until it stop spinning fast on the spin cycle. it does spin on the spin cycle but not fast any help please reply. thanks

This means that the brake resistor failed. This code will limit the motor to 50 rpms. I recommend clearing the code and if the code returns replace the motor. this page will explain how to clear the code. HydroWave GE Washer Repair Guide

When I saw that there was 9 flashes I reset the computer and it now spins fast,,,saved myself at least $100. Great site,,,thx.:)

I have one that did the same thing and it turned out to be the 6 pin connector at the motor the orange wire was not making good contact and so I cleaned the # 6 pin with sand paper and squeezed the connector at the 6 pin receiver enough to tighten the fit and reset the motor by opening and closing the lid 6 times within 12 seconds in 30 seconds after plunging the machine back in and now she works just fine. hope this helps.
