My Hotpoint refrigerator is having a common issue: Ice on the coils after manually defrosting the freezer. I have replaced the main motherboard, the defrost heater, and the thermostat. None of these replacements have given me any solution to the problem. After about five days, the coils are frozen again. I would appreciate any help I can get, this is getting frustrating. Thanks in advance.

Yes I replaced the bi-metal thermostat a week ago. When I removed the thermostat to check the continuity, it is reading .05 ohms at room temperature. My defrost heater is reading about 23 ohms. I replaced the motherboard and get the same results.
