I just opened my refridge, and the display on top showed that the fridge side was 41 degrees and the freezer section was 23... I pressed the temp set to lower the temps, but this did nothing... This is the first time I have had any problem with the unit... Any suggestions? thanks in advance...

It could be your defrost thermostat. That is often to blame when both compartments are too warm.

Thanks, I'll see if I can find it to test as in the video...
