The Right front burner ignites properly. The other three igniters start to cycle on there own and continue while the right front burns. The other three burners will not ignite unless the right front is is on. The other 3 igniters will not function unless the right front is burning.
Any help would be appreciated.

My wife spilled water on the control knobs and upon further investigation, I discovered one of the rubber seals is missing under one of the knobs. This problem started right after the water spill. Could this be the problem?

Most likely the spilled water caused damage to the ignition switches (#16 on the diagram), and possible to the spark module (#3). You have to remove the top panel to access the parts.
