Thermador PRDS366US oven fails to heat on the bake setting intermittently. The "Heat" light comes on but the bake element doesn't get hot. "Broil" appears to work. The Oven Hot relay lead going to the bake heating element shows 120V to Chassis so I don't think it is the relay. What else could prevent the element from heating in "Bake"? I assume the Hi Temp Cutout effects both bake and broil?

Hello,
When you checked the hot wire relay, did you remove the H1 wire? If not, you may have been reading feedback voltage from the element. Remove the wire (while the unit's off) and try again. If you no longer have voltage on the H1 terminal, the relay's bad.
If you do find 120vac on the terminal, the other components specific to bake are the element, selector switch and related wiring.
