I have an older model Kenmore dryer that looks like someone has put an inline fuse in the harness side of the heat selector switch, right at the back of the connector. is this something I can replace, or is the switch probabaly bad

I ahbe tested the thermal fuse, and checked the heating elemenet both are good any ideas
