So 3 out of 4 burners are stuck on HE, the elements are not warm and have not been on in over a day. All 4 of them work fine, the other one will not display HE after being on. When I turn the burners on the display changes and works properly. The fan right under the controls is still on and will not turn off. Not really wanting to call someone in if its something simple that I can do myself, but i have no ideas of where to go.

Thanks for any info

Here is a service manual. It is for a stand alone unit and not a slide in but the electronics are basically the same.
You will have to join the site and be logged in to be able to download the manual.

Sounds like one of the limiters on an element is always closed.

I do not know why the 4th element is not also giving an HE.
