Used dryer in the evening around 9ish and next morning dryer was still running but was not hot. What could be wrong? But I thing maybe the model # is GLEQ2152ESI

Odds are that the heating element went out so that is where I would start. Unplug the unit and both wires at the heater. Then measure it, should be around 12 ohms. Also measure from each side of the heating element to the case just to be sure that the element is not grounded. Both should be infinite ohms. The above assumes that you were in an auto mode and not timed dry. If in timed dry then the control board comes to the top of the list. |

we did the reading error code and came up with E18. Is that a error code? I did not see that one on the dryer tech data sheet.
