I am trying to replace the element on my range. I received a replacement part when I opened up the top the replacement part is not right. I don't know how to connect the element back up as I was just going to connect the replacement from the old one to the new one. When I found the replacement was not correct I forgot which sequence to connect the old one back up. I need a diagram of the element wiring to correctly install the element back up.

I appreciate the diagram, this stuff is like mud to me, let me break it down into feeble mind terms. I have 5 wires going to the element. I will send images to show my situation

I have to do some guessing here so it is totaly at your own risk.
You can see the connector that goes directly to the elements. You should be able to figure out which is the inner and which is the outer element. I am assuming that the 1200 watt element is the inner element but this is a guess. So the Orange/Black goes to the inner element. The Orange/White goes to the outer element.
The Black goes to the same connector as on the other elements.
That leaves the two Oranges One of them should also be going to the other elements (H) so it should connect the same place as it does on the other elements.
The other orange should go back to the infinite switch and should connect to 2 on the element. Same connector as the Blue, Yellow or Brown connect to on the other elements, |

You sir, have saved me from the DOG HOUSE. I have looked again at the wiring, and found one of the orange wires does have a white strip on it faded, but it is there.
