My thermador fridge/freezer combo started making a "clicking noise". Happens about 3 times a day for about 30 minutes with each "click" happening about 5 minutes apart. Seems to be louder at the bottom. Goes away temporarily if I turn off and turn back on as well as cut he breaker to it. No idea what it is and they both function perfectly. Repair man at the house didn't know and said that he would have to hear it in person even though I had it on video and he had no idea. Anyone have any idea what this is this is a new noise to the fridge and my dog starts shaking when this happens.

You will have to locate the noise.

Sounds like it could be the compressor start device.

Pull the unit away from the wall and remove the rear cover so you have access to the compressor.

Might be that the compressor is too warm.

Check/clean the air vents on the front kick plate and rear cover.
Check/clean the compressor/condenser coils.
If the unit has a fan make sure it is on when the compressor is on. Also that the fan blades are clean.

May also be that the compressor start device is going bad.
If the unit uses a capacitor then that may also cause your problem.
