The Broil element burned thru with a shower of sparks on thanksgiving day. Replaced the element and still nothing. Did some testing with the meter on the other elements and the temp probe. Both good. Now the clock has gone out and the surface burners are showing a F 5 with a beep. I am assuming that the clock board is done for. there are multiple parts showing up. Which one is the proper board. Thanks.

Yes, you're likely correct that it's the timer.
Your part number would be 316418750.
