Hi All,

So, as it apparently happens a lot, after running the self-clean cycle the Whirlpool double oven died. I found 2 burned out thermal fuses. One at the panel and one for the top oven. Replaced both. Oven still dead. What else should I check? Could the control panel be dead? I do have power at the oven.

Thank you,

Leo

Your model number is incomplete.

How did you check for power?

Yes it could be the control board.

The full model is GBD307PRS01
I checked for power at the control panel thermal fuse which seems to be the main power supply for the control panel. all the components of the control panel are cool, including the bridge rectifier.

I also checked the thermal probes and heating elements all check within specified Ohm ratings.

It seems to me it is the control panel. My thinking is that if something else was wrong with the fuses replaced at least the panel with lit up or beep but it's completely lifeless.

Thank you again for input. Any other ideas are welcome.

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

Sounds like you have checked it thoroughly sa all I can suggest is that you replace the control board.
