I have been veiwing several of the posts especially threads from Gene. I do not seem to have the defrost timer in my fridge to trip to check that system. What I have found is: 1) Evaporator not frozen. Very light even frost. 2) Evap fan spins, but slowly (maybe 200-300 RPM's?) and I had to start it spinning manually. 3) Freezer gets down to zero, but fridge climbs to 85+. 4) Damper control top center makes odd "grinding" noises when I turn the unit off then back on. The door was shut so I pushed it open. There is still no air circulating in the unit. 5) I have had the unit turned off for 2 days with doors open.
What should I try next?
