When installing the diverter assembly in this dishwasher, is it possible to install it incorrectly? I removed it and dried it but didn't turn the shaft, which isn't possible without disassembling it completely. When I tried to reinstall it, the shaft wasn't lined up with the assembly in the sump, which I don't understand because I didn't turn anything after removing the diverter. I had to rotate the coupler in the sump to get the diverter shaft to install. Now, when the dishwasher runs, it seems to work but when it goes into rinse, it makes a grinding noise which I assume is the gears in the diverter assembly. I'm assuming the diverter isn't timed appropriately with the machine.

I'm not sure what the issue was. I took the diverter off again, looked at it, and reinstalled. Everything is working fine now, no errors.
