I am trying to narrow it down or do I just order the Heating Element, thermostat all the parts... Thanks Scotty J.

Remove two screws on back of each end cap on the control panel. Pull control panel forward and lift to access inside of control panel. Lift the tab on one side of switch, rotate switch about 30° and remove switch. Unplug wiring from existing switch and attach to new switch. Eric

You are not removing the front panel, just opening it to gain access to the inside of it. You must remove the temp switch knob as the temp switch pulls out of back side of panel. Eric
