replaced ignitor flame sensor has continuity as does thero fuse. has no glow at ignitor. Im baffled

Which fuse are you referring to in your comment ? You might try using a jumper wire and temporarily bypassing the various thermostats and fuses one at a time. Also is the drum turning OK ? Is the vent clear and the blower putting out a good flow of air. These are the most trouble prone areas in dryers.
