My lower oven doesn't heat up. Can anyone help? What replacement part do I need? Model # MGR6775ADQ

I was using my stove and the bottom oven it was working perfect but suddenly my stove start going on and off and my fuse for the stove was bad the landlord replace it now the stove work but the the top and the bottom elements for the ovens they are not heating at all. What could it be? Somebody can answer me back please?:rolleyes:
