About 3 months ago this refrigerator was not cold. I removed cover in the back of the freezer and found cooling coils iced over. I defrosted and now it
happened again. what causes this condition. Jim

I cannot find any info on the given model number, tried here, the Sears site and Whirlpool site.
Please check it.

Sounds like you have a defrost problem.
Three months seems a long time between it causing a problem so it may be an intermittent problem.
Also could be you ive in a dry climate r do not open the fridge doors very often.
