Here are your parts Parts for Maytag MFX2571XEM1 / Refrigerator - AppliancePartsPros.comSee the attachment for the tech sheet. Here is a manual which may help. It at least has some basic ice maker info. http://appliancejunk.com...e&id=40;t=1414944404You will have to join the site and be logged in to be able to download it. Try an ice maker fill test, see the tech sheet. Check the temperature by the ice maker. It should be around 0 to 5 degrees F. Remove the ice maker and check the fill tube. Could be it is frozen up. Melt out any ice in it with a hair dryer. This can be caused by a bad fill valve re: it does not close properly so a couple dro[ps come out slowly they freeze at the spout end and build up till they clog the fill tube/spout. Unplug the refrigerator for a couple minutes to see if it will reset. Could be that the units computer is confused. |
