Not the Normal FIX for Noisey Spin Cycle
We had the GE Washing Machine making very loud noise like basket was hitting side of case. Sounded like one or more of the top rubber locating straps were broke. On checking they were all OK. At one time the washer was loaded very full and out of balance. The Motor moved so much it went over the bottom right tin thats fastened to the base. This was holding the Drum up on top of the tin. The assembly was being supported by the moter on this "L" peace of tin. Raised the tub and pushed to the left side and off the bracket. Ever thing worked fine. Most machines would never be loaded so drastily out of balance. Vic From vwhelp@yahoo.com
