Hey Gang

I've got this fairly new GE elec. dryer that won't keep the heat on. Sometimes it stays on for almost the entire dryer cycle, most times however the heat cuts off five minutes or so in. It's not the coils in the element as they ohm out at the 19.2 spec. I'm fairly certain it's one of the three thermostatic switches in the heater coil circuit. Which of course are only accessible with the top and front off, and drum out. When I checked each one for continuity, they all showed 0 ohms of course. I even plugged the dryer in and checked voltages with the motor running and the heater coils on. Everything checked out. So which one is crapping out? Anyone see this before, and can recommend which one to replace? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Finally found the issue. Replaced the cycling switch, no dice. Restrung the heater coils, no help either. Even though the resistance on the coils dropped to 10 ohms after the first time I checked. Realized the coils weren't getting ground from the motor switch. Found corroded wire connection at the motor switch on the #2 terminal, and the motor switch itself is bad internally. Not sure which issue caused which. High resistance on either side could make the other crappy too.
