Not sure of age but know it is more than 10 years at least.

Will not get water. Valve open.

Worth a repairman trip or too old and should get new machine? What is average life of a dishwasher??

Could not find any info on this unit.
The Model Number looks to be short at least 3 digits.

How do you know the valve is open?

If the unit is in good shape and you can get parts for it then it depends on what is actually wrong with it. You cost can be greatly reduced if you fix it yourself.

Depends heavily on Model and how it is used.
If I do not get at least 10 years out of any appliance, I am unsatisfied.
