My washer does not agitate or wring. You can hear the motor running but when you open the top, it's not turning!!! Just before this happened I did two loads and everything was fine. the washer has been making a noise for about a week.Help!

Take off the front panel by inserting a putty knife or thin flat blade screw driver in the gap between the top and front near the edges to release the clips that hold the front panel on.

Then check to see if the belt is broken. If it is not, check the inverter to see if there is a blinking light which is giving you an error code. You interpret them here. The first thing to do is to go through the reset routine, sometimes that is all that is needed.

Thanks for your help!! It turned out to be the transmission! Too expesive to repair.
