1 out of my 5 burners wouldnt turn on a couple of hours after I used it. All other 4 are good, if I turn breaker off and back on I touch the control and it comes on for a few minutes then turns off, and won't start again. Would it be the touch control or Is my burner done :( I only been using stove for about a year, it sat in box for about 2 years before I installed it.

Tech came out said I need burner and touchpad for it, 2 weeks later calls back saying touchpad no longer available WTF.........it's only 4 yrs old.
They have to take stove for a couple of weeks to rebuild touchpad. In the meantime, I'm supposed to cook on what?
Anyone know about these stoves.
