My Kenmore range stopped heating. The indicator light is on, the oven light is on, clock works but no heat from top elements or oven. Just quit while I was cooking. Help

You did not include a model number so the below is a bit of a guess.

On most units the control of the oven and the stove top elements are separate so when the both go out at the same time it is often a line/power problem.

Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly, sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
The elements require the full 240 volts, so you likely lost L2.
If this does nothing, check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
