I have a whirlpool duet dryer that will not heat. I have checked the continuity on the fuses, heater elements etc and there is not an issue that I can find. I can get the heater on in the diagnostic mode, I am not getting a fault code when using the Thermistor test. I have replaced the board with a new one and still Nothing. The resistance between P2-5 and P2-6 on the control board is 12.7kohms not sure if this is as it should be.
I appreciate any help you can offer me.

Does this problem occur in manual timed dry cycle as well? If only in auto cycles, suspect problem with moisture sensing bars. Dryer must have wet clothes in drum and functioning sensing bars in order to heat in auto cycles.

No heat on manual dry cycle too. I have tested the sensing bar and it's ok.
