Had a problem with defrosting 3-4 years ago (thanks for your help). Got it working but recently ice started building up again. I noticed one of the fuses had blown. I installed a new heater bar with new fuses. So far so good but its only been 5/6 days.

Well looks like that solved the problem but the old heater bar looks to be good so the fuse blew for some other reason.
