Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/18/2014(UTC) Posts: 1		So my dishwasher will not start as of today. All the other lights and buttons work except the delay and the start buttons. It ran fine last night. I was able to find similar questions on other maytag models and learned this. It's not the door switch because the door has to be open to push the buttons. Where the ribbon cable plugs into the loose wire harness it was corroded. I tried cleaning the contacts but no change. Does anyone know the pinout of this particular control panel to see what pins to check continuity when pushing the start button? Also on the ribbon cable it shows part number w10401500 which google shows no info on and the black plastic trim piece it is glued to shows w10329518 which also brings up nothing.

These all have an AW?? suffix. The tech sheet is too large to attach on this site so I had to use a third party site. Unclick the Use Our Download Manager and then use the gray Download button. Otherwise the site may put software on your computer that you do not want. Download MDB8959.pdf The ribbon cable is not available as a separate item.
