The bake element burn up. I did not unplug the oven before removing the element and one end shorted to the oven case, tripping the circuit breaker. I replaced the element, reset the breaker, and turned the oven on to 350...no heat! Also no Broil. Surface burners work fine. display shows set temp of oven, then actual temp, all seems ok, but elements aren't heating. What's up?

Odds are that you blew the control board.

I would check the high limit switch (thermostat) ( Item 18 in Section 01) just in case you got lucky and it opened.
It should be 0 ohms.
It is resettable just push the red button on it's back - in.

Also check the wiring.
